Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
4+ years of administrative experience
Strong project coordination & administrative support experience
Excellent communication, collaboration & organizational skills
Strong MS Office skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
Experience with scheduling, meetings/events, travel, expenses, onboarding & reporting
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and ability to manage competing priorities
Pharmaceutical experience is a plus ?
