Job Description

1. Project Manager ■

General Responsibilities :
Manage projects from equipment procurement and manufacturing through delivery and completion. Monitor manufacturing schedules, project timelines, and equipment deliveries, and provide regular updates to clients. Review and manage engineering drawings, technical documents, and project submittals. Coordinate with clients, manufacturers, vendors, and engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution. Manage equipment procurement, order tracking, and delivery coordination. Monitor project invoice and payment status and prepare related reports. Identify project issues or delays and coordinate appropriate solutions. ■
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred, but not mandatory. 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, engineering, procurement, or equipment supply. Experience managing project schedules, documentation, procurement, and client coordination. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. 2. Project Coordinator ■

General Responsibilities :
Monitor manufacturing and project schedules to ensure equipment is produced and delivered according to project timelines. Coordinate and confirm equipment delivery schedules and provide timely updates to clients. Review, organize, and maintain project drawings, technical documents, and related records, and submit required documentation to clients. Track invoices and payment status and prepare related updates and reports. Provide administrative and project coordination support to Lead Engineers and Project Managers. Coordinate the procurement, purchase, and delivery of equipment required for assigned projects. Communicate with manufacturers, vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding project schedules, documentation, and delivery requirements. Maintain accurate project files and assist with general project follow-up to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. ■
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred, but not mandatory. Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are welcome to apply. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent attention to detail, particularly in document management, scheduling, and project tracking. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, engineers, and internal team members. ■
Preferred Qualifications :
Previous internship or experience in project coordination, engineering, procurement, or equipment supply is a plus, but not required.
Visa Status:
OPT/STEM OPT
candidates preferred, but other eligible work statuses may also be considered. E-2 visa sponsorship is not available. ■ Common Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO): 1 week after 6 months of employment; 2 weeks after 1 year.
