• Collaborate with project managers to ensure all project requirements are met
• Coordinate and schedule project activities, including material deliveries and installations
• Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely project completion
• Maintain project documentation and update project status reports
• Assist with project budgeting and cost tracking Position essential job functions
• 2-5 years of experience in commercial flooring
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in project management software
