Mahwah, New Jersey job type: Contract salary: $58.06 - 67.47 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Lead cross-functional capital equipment and manufacturing projects from initiation through implementation, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk.

Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Facilities, and external vendors to support new equipment installations, qualification activities (FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ), and production readiness.

Facilitate project meetings, maintain project schedules, and communicate progress updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Identify potential project risks early, develop robust mitigation plans, and resolve cross-functional issues to meet cost, quality, and schedule targets.

Drive continuous improvement across project execution and portfolio management processes while building trusted stakeholder relationships.
qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field with 5+ years of manufacturing experience (medical device industry highly preferred) and 2-3 years of capital project execution. Strong background in cross-functional stakeholder management, capital equipment validation, and project management tools (such as MS Project or Smartsheet). PMP certification, Lean Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement experience, and familiarity with qualification protocols are highly desirable.
