Role Description Project Managers at Blue Kangaroo Packoutz of North Central NJ coordinate and oversee contents restoration projects from initial assessment through completion. This full-time, on-site role based in Randolph, NJ involves planning project timelines, organizing logistics for pack-out, transport, and storage, and ensuring that inspection and restoration work meets quality standards and client expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing communication with homeowners, insurance professionals, and internal teams, tracking project progress, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate documentation. Project Managers also support field staff, prioritize workloads, and help ensure that every item is handled with care and processed efficiently and safely. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, and overseeing multiple projects or jobs simultaneously. Skills in Expediting and work as an Expeditor, ensuring materials, resources, and tasks move efficiently through each project phase. Experience with Inspection processes to verify condition, restoration quality, and compliance with company standards and client requirements. Logistics Management skills for coordinating pack-out, transportation, storage, and return of contents in a timely and organized manner. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accurate record-keeping. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers, insurance representatives, contractors, and internal teams. Ability to work on-site in Randolph, NJ, including in warehouse and field environments, and to perform moderate physical tasks as needed. Prior experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or related service industries is beneficial. Proficiency with basic office and project-tracking software; familiarity with inventory or job management systems is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in project management or logistics are an advantage.
