Job Description Lead all phases of project delivery from award through completion. Manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, procurement activities, and contract administration. Oversee project teams including Project Engineers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and field personnel. Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, municipalities, and regulatory agencies. Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve financial and operational objectives. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, environmental requirements, and quality standards. Review and negotiate subcontracts, change orders, vendor agreements, and purchase orders. Prepare and present project status reports, cost analyses, and executive updates. Lead project meetings and coordinate resources across multiple stakeholders. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to support successful project execution. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices in project management. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. 10+ years of project management experience within heavy civil construction, utilities, infrastructure, transportation, or public works sectors. Proven track record managing projects valued between $20M and $200M+. Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, cost control, estimating, and risk management. Experience working on municipal, state, federal, or private infrastructure projects. Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage project P&L performance. Proficiency with project management and construction software platforms. Ability to lead high-performing teams in fast-paced and challenging project environments. OSHA certification, PMP, PE, or CCM credentials are advantageous but not required.
