Job Description

Position Overview The Assistant Project Manager will support Project Managers with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and project documentation. You'll act as a key link between the field and office, helping ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination and execution Support project scheduling, cost tracking, and budget management Prepare and track subcontracts, purchase orders, RFIs, and submittals Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teams Attend project meetings and assist with meeting minutes and follow-ups Monitor project progress and help resolve field issues in real time Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and company procedures Maintain accurate and organized project documentation Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred 2-5 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction Strong understanding of construction processes and project workflows Proficiency with construction management software (Procore experience a plus) Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred 2-5 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction Strong understanding of construction processes and project workflows Proficiency with construction management software (Procore experience a plus) Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
