Overview CGE is seeking an experienced Operations Manager / Senior Project Manager to oversee environmental projects, develop client relationships, manage staff, and participate in field operations. The role combines project management, operations oversight, business development, and hands-on environmental field work. Key Responsibilities Manage environmental projects from planning through completion. Serve as the primary client contact and develop client relationships. Develop new client opportunities and relationships. Conduct field work, including environmental sampling, assessments, and remediation activities. Coordinate Geoprobe/drilling, remedial action and remedial system O&M projects. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Oversee maintenance of company equipment and vehicles . Lead and mentor project teams. Prepare project reports and client updates. Promote safety and continuous improvement. Coordinate with vendors to maintain inventory and support service delivery . Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Geology, Project Management, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. Minimum 10 years of experience in the environmental services industry. Knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices. Client management experience. Environmental assessment and remediation field experience. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Proficiency with Google products. Pay:

$85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
