Position Summary The Restoration Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restoration projects from initial scope development through project completion. This leadership role manages field crews, subcontractors, project documentation, customer communication, and overall job performance to ensure high‑quality service and exceptional customer satisfaction. The Restoration Manager also plays a key role in operational efficiency by controlling production expenses, maintaining accurate project records, and supporting the recruitment, training, and development of restoration team members. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to lead teams in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment.

As the Restoration Project Manager , you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets
Additional Responsibilities:
Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews Provide priority response to potential customers Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates Position Requirements Valid driver's license High school diploma/GED At least 2 year of management and/or supervisory experience At least 2 years of restoration experience Problem Solving / Decision Making Great communication skills Fluent in Restoration standards and protocols Preferred IICRC certifications are preferred Lead certification
OSHA 10/30/40
certification Previous experience with DocuSketch, Xactimate, and Word Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics) Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
