  • A company that empowers employees to take ownership, innovate, and make an impact What You'll Do As a Project Manager, you'll oversee maintenance and capital improvement projects from initiation through completion across our national property portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing projects from work order receipt through completion and final vendor payment.
  • Coordinating with USPS personnel, tenants, contractors, and internal teams to determine project scope and priorities.
  • Sourcing qualified vendors, obtaining competitive bids, and negotiating contracts.
  • Managing project schedules, budgets, quality, and timelines to ensure successful execution.
  • Monitoring contractor performance and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
  • Troubleshooting issues, resolving obstacles, and identifying creative solutions.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation, records, and communications.
  • Continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and enhance service delivery.

  • Project management experience required.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Experience working with contractors, vendors, or facilities management preferred.
  • Prior knowledge of construction, building systems, HVAC, roofing, electrical, plumbing, or related trades is a plus.
  • Contract negotiation or vendor management experience is preferred.

Pay:
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
