JOB DESCRIPTION

• We are seeking a highly organized, operationally driven Project Manager, Creative and Marketing Operations to support the execution of creative initiatives within a fast-paced environment.
• This role is central to supporting the Marketing and Creative Teams across Client. Developing and managing all sub timelines, ensuring both pre-season and in-season work is delivered on time and aligned with brand vision.
• The ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for operational excellence behind creative work. Key Responsibilities
• Act as the operational anchor for marketing and creative projects, ensuring consistency and efficiency
• Run weekly status meetings with the Marketing team to ensure everyone is pacing to all milestones, deck updates and prep work
• Provide regular project updates and flag risks early
• Proactively identify scheduling risks and adjust timelines to meet key business milestones
• Ensure alignment between creative, production, fashion office, and marketing calendars
• Assign, track, and follow up on deliverables across Marketing teams
• Maintain project management tools with clear priorities, dependencies, and real-time status updates
