We're building out our municipal water and wastewater practice here in Albany and looking for a Program Manager to lead project delivery on that growing portfolio. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of municipal water and wastewater projects from planning and design through construction Serve as the primary technical and client contact on assigned projects Prepare and oversee engineering reports, design calculations, specifications, and cost estimates for water supply, treatment and distribution and for wastewater treatment and collection projects Coordinate compliance with NYSDOH, DEC, and EFC requirements, along with grant and funding programs such as GIGP, DWSRF, CDBG, and USDA Supervise, mentor, and develop project engineers and design staff assigned to your projects Manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts, including construction administration Skills, Knowledge and Expertise B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license in New York State 10+ years of experience in municipal water and wastewater engineering, including 8+ years of direct project management responsibility Working knowledge of water and wastewater system regulations, grant programs, and NYS municipal procurement requirements Experience preparing and managing grant-funded infrastructure projects Benefits The base salary range for this role is indicated in the posting. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location.
