Commercial Construction Location:
Western New York An established commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout across Western New York. You'll oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial buildings, educational facilities, municipal projects, public safety facilities, multifamily developments, and renovations, working with a collaborative team that values integrity, quality, and long-term client relationships. Responsibilities Manage multiple commercial construction projects from award through completion. Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project teams. Review contracts, drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Track project costs and maintain profitability. Collaborate with field teams to ensure successful project execution. Lead owner meetings and maintain strong client relationships. Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and schedule expectations. Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor. Experience managing ground-up and renovation commercial projects. Background in education, municipal, multifamily, institutional, or commercial construction preferred. Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and contract administration. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction management software. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
