Role Description The AV Project Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cleveland, OH, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. This role oversees audio-visual project delivery from planning through completion, including coordinating schedules, managing resources, and ensuring work meets quality and safety standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include organizing and tracking project tasks, communicating with internal teams, vendors, and clients, and monitoring timelines, budgets, and milestones. The AV Project Manager will also review specifications, support inspections, resolve logistical issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders to keep projects on track. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple AV projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess project leadership skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to coordinate complex AV installations. Candidates should possess expediting skills, including experience as an Expeditor and familiarity with Expediting processes to keep materials and tasks on schedule. Candidates should possess quality and compliance skills, including experience with Inspection activities and ensuring adherence to technical and safety standards. Candidates should possess operational coordination skills, including Logistics Management experience to oversee equipment delivery, site readiness, and vendor coordination. Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Experience managing audio-visual, construction, or technical integration projects is strongly preferred. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Proficiency with project management tools and software, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects. Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining on-site presence in Cleveland, OH with productive remote work.
