Full-Time | On-site Role Overview Seeking an experienced Water Mitigation Project Manager to oversee water mitigation operations, field crews, technicians, and restoration projects. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience managing residential and commercial water mitigation projects. Key Responsibilities Manage daily water mitigation operations and project execution. Lead, supervise, and develop technicians and field crews. Manage manpower, temporary labor, and subcontractors. Scope and manage projects of varying sizes, including large-loss/high-volume events. Conduct field evaluations and ensure quality service delivery. Coordinate with sales teams and customers. Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements. Optimize production, procurement, and operational processes. Step in as a lead technician when required. Required Qualifications 3+ years of water mitigation/restoration experience. Strong knowledge of residential & commercial water mitigation . Experience managing crews, subcontractors, and temporary labor. Proven ability to scope and run mitigation projects. Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation. Preferred Certifications

IICRC WTR

•Water Damage Restoration

IICRC ASD

•Applied Structural Drying

IICRC AMRT

•Applied Microbial Remediation Technician

IICRC CDS

•Commercial Drying Specialist Candidates willing to obtain certifications may also be considered. Preferred Software Experience Restore365, MICA, DocuSketch , or similar restoration/project management platforms.
