Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration. Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree (Minimum of 9 years of healthcare administration experience). Supervisor/Lead Job Overview:
Under direction this position is responsible for project management of designated change initiative(s) sponsored by a business unit or service line and may be funded partially or fully by a grant or the TriHealth System. Provides day-to-day leadership, program management, partnership development, and operational oversight. Oversees project design, process, outcomes, milestones, and progress, and reporting, as well as flow of funding to departments/stakeholders (internal and external) involved in the project. Organizes project components, such as employment of staff, development of communications and related materials, data collection, stakeholder education, research coordination, and other applicable tasks. Responsible for reporting on all aspects of the project to grantors, leadership, and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage working relationships with team members and external stakeholders (such as grantors) by building relationships, meeting established milestones and communicating progress and results as indicated in the stratgic plan and/or grant application. Creates and manages project work plans/action registers; including timelines and deliveralbles Organizes, manages and facilitates stakeholders by establishing crossfunctional teams, resulting in an integrated final product that supports the goals of the grant. Identifies, captures, and communicates strategic plan/grant metrics that measure the success of the initiatives outlined by the leadership team.
