Fast paced administrative position in a dynamic environment. Previous experience in aviation maintenance/ automotive "service writing" would be of advantage but is not essential. A solid understanding of Microsoft project, Excell and the ability to learn new industry specific software is essential. The position responsibilities would entail generation and coalition of work scope estimates (under direction) , work orders and completion invoices, as well as project scheduling and monitoring project performance (from a budget and schedule perspective.) "people" and communication skill required at the highest level as the position will be customer (and technician) facing. Great growth opportunities within a 20+ year company that enjoys excellent staff retention. A rare opportunity to enter the field of Aviation / Aircraft maintenance.

Pay:
