The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting project planning, execution, and completion by coordinating various aspects of construction projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on diverse projects within a dynamic environment. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with project engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to specifications. Duties Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules. Coordinate project activities across multiple teams, ensuring seamless communication and workflow. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to facilitate accurate project execution. Support construction estimating processes. Manage documentation related to contracts, change orders, and project correspondence. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and other industry-standard tools for project tracking and reporting. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders effectively. Assist in procurement activities by tracking materials and equipment needs aligned with project schedules. Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures on-site. Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes to keep all parties informed of project developments. Requirements Proven experience with construction site management or coordination roles. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, construction estimating, blueprint reading, contracts administration, and construction management principles. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with civil engineering concepts and construction site safety protocols. Ability to read technical schematics and interpret complex construction drawings. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
