Full Job Description Objective:
The Marketing Project Manager provides hands-on project and operational management for the marketing team during a period of growth and transition. This role is responsible for keeping marketing initiatives moving from strategy through execution by coordinating timelines, resources, dependencies, vendors, systems, and deliverables across a high-volume marketing environment. Working closely with the VP of Marketing, this person translates approved marketing priorities into clear, executable workstreams and provides the operational visibility needed to identify roadblocks, manage capacity, and deliver high-quality work within project timelines while adapting to changing business and market priorities.
Role Summary:
The Marketing Project Manager owns the day-to-day coordination and workflow of marketing projects across campaigns, content, digital, events, vendors, and marketing operations. This is a hands-on role for an experienced marketing operator who understands how integrated marketing campaigns are built and executed. The successful candidate should be comfortable moving between project management and marketing operations. This requires a solid understanding of how marketing campaigns in a B2B environment operate and how individual components of a campaign connect and move through the marketing technology stack. The Marketing Project Manager does not own marketing strategy or people management. Strategy, prioritization, and personnel decisions remain with the VP of Marketing. This role is responsible for translating that direction into organized, measurable execution against well-defined KPIs.
