This role works closely with project managers, engineers, field technicians, vendors, and clients to coordinate resources, manage project documentation, track schedules, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a working understanding of commercial audiovisual systems and integration processes.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Must be organized Assist Project Managers in planning, organizing, and tracking multiple AV integration projects simultaneously. Create and maintain project schedules, task lists, and milestone tracking. Coordinate project kickoff meetings and maintain meeting documentation. Monitor project progress and communicate updates to internal teams and customers. Track project deliverables and ensure deadlines are met. Support project closeout activities, including documentation collection and final customer deliverables. Resource & Logistics Management Coordinate technician and subcontractor schedules. Track equipment procurement, deliveries, and inventory allocations. Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available for project execution. Monitor lead times and identify potential schedule impacts. Arrange travel, site access requirements, and logistics for installation teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School Diploma Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years in trade
Experience:
Strong people skills. Strong Microsoft excel experience. Strong organizational skills
