Description Grothouse is a nationally recognized manufacturer of luxury wood surfaces, architectural millwork, custom tables, stair components, and specialty wood products. Our work is found in some of the finest homes and commercial spaces across North America. We stock more than 60 species of wood, and every project is project-managed and engineered one at a time. Your role in contributing to the team in Project Management/Customer Service is a vital one. Your success includes demonstrating the following competencies and expectations. A Few of the

Responsibilities Include:

Project Managing our customer's sales orders and order details

Processing estimates

Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability

Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments

Communicating and coordinating with Engineering, Production, and the Sales Team as necessary

Your Experience and Skills:

Previous experience in sales or working with designers, architects and/or interior designers is a plus

Customer Focused Advocate

High Percentage of Achievement to Targets

Ear-to-Ear Telephone Interactions and Follow Up

Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities

Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written)

Strict Attention to Details

Ability to work effectively within teams

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word) and willing to learn additional information systems and/or software

Skilled in E-mail communication

Previous experience reading drawings/diagrams a plus

Previous experience with QuickBooks also a plus. Starting wage band is $18.00 to $26.00 per hour, according to your experience. High growth can be expected with increased contribution.
