You will manage scope, schedule, and budgets; oversee contractors, designers, and vendors; and ensure quality, safety, and code compliance. Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of commercial construction projects from inception through closeout Manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to meet financial targets Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and milestones Coordinate contractors, vendors, and design professionals to ensure quality delivery Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract compliance Serve as primary client contact, providing regular updates and managing expectations Identify and mitigate project risks, safety issues, and scope changes Ensure adherence to building codes, standards, and JLL processes Drive sustainability and technology-enabled solutions where applicable Prepare reports and presentations for leadership and stakeholders Required Skills Construction project management Budgeting and cost control Schedule management Contract administration Vendor and subcontractor management Risk management Construction documentation (RFIs, submittals, change orders) Client relationship management Real estate development knowledge MS Project/Primavera or similar
