RSVP Project Coordinator - Make a Real Difference for Seniors in Fulton County McConnellsburg, PA | Full-Time | $18.00/hour | Center for Community Action Are you passionate about connecting people to purpose? The Center for Community Action is looking for an RSVP Project Coordinator to lead our Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) in Fulton County where you will be helping adults 55+ find meaningful volunteer opportunities that strengthen our community. What You'll Do As the driving force behind the RSVP Project, you'll: Build and grow partnerships with local organizations to create volunteer placement opportunities Recruit, place, and support AmeriCorps Seniors volunteers across Fulton County Lead the RSVP Advisory Council and coordinate its meetings Track program data, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with AmeriCorps Seniors RSVP standards Promote the program's impact through marketing and community outreach Provide training and support to volunteer station supervisors What You Bring A bachelor's degree in public/business administration, human services, social work, or a related field — OR 5+ years of progressively responsible experience managing human services/social service programs Experience working with volunteers and volunteer-based organizations A genuine connection or experience with older adult populations Strong communication, organizational, and self-management skills Comfort with digital tools and data/outcome tracking A valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass required background clearances (FBI fingerprinting, PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal History Clearance) and complete PA Mandated Reporter training Why This Role This is more than a job - it's a chance to shape how an entire county's seniors give back, stay engaged, and stay connected.
