Install America is hiring a Regional Project Manager for Roofing & Siding , based out of our Sinking Spring location just outside Reading, PA, running our territory across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, West Virginia and Virginia . This isn't a one-branch job. You own the roofing and siding pipeline for the whole region — every job from sold to finished. You measure it, scope it, order the material, put the right crew on it, keep the homeowner happy, and close it out clean. When a service call comes in, you handle it or you get it handled. If you're a foreman or a project manager who's topped out running one town's worth of work, this is the seat where you run the whole map.

What you get:

$65,000 base salary , plus a monthly bonus tied to completed work — most people land in the $75K-$85K range Company truck — you're not putting miles on your own vehicle or buying your own gas Real ownership. You're not one of six PMs waiting on somebody's approval. Roofing and siding across the region is yours to run Health insurance, vision, 401(k), and paid time off You're home most nights. Some months you'll take a couple of overnight trips for the far ends of the territory — hotel and travel are on us, never on you A family-run company — you'll talk to owners who make decisions, not a corporate call center three states away What you'll actually be doing: Measuring newly sold roofing and siding jobs across the territory and writing scopes that are right the first time Ordering material, handling returns and short orders, keeping crews supplied in every market Scheduling and coordinating crews across five states so nobody's standing around waiting Being the homeowner's main contact — setting expectations at the measure and solving problems on site before they turn into complaints Handling service calls: leaks, inspections, loose siding or trim, capping, caulking Spotting the add-on work that makes a job better for the customer and bigger for us Keeping the whole board moving so jobs close on schedule What you need: 5+ years in residential roofing and siding. You know shingle, metal and rubber, and you understand flashing, capping and ventilation without looking it up You've done take-offs and material ordering — and you know what it costs everybody when they're wrong You're comfortable managing work you can't see every day. Some of this territory you'll visit rather than live in, so you have to be able to run crews by phone and hold them to a standard remotely You can handle an upset homeowner and have them satisfied by the time you leave Organized enough to keep a couple dozen jobs straight across multiple states without dropping one Physically able to climb a ladder and walk a roof Valid driver's license and an insurable driving record (company vehicle) CRM experience is a plus — we'll train you on ours Straight talk about how this job is measured.
