Job Description

ServiceMaster by Holobinko is looking for an estimator to fill a position for our expanding company. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Job Summary:

Prepare and complete estimates for assigned projects within acceptable times frames and coordinate jobs with project manager.

Essential Functions:

Complete accurate and concise estimates in Xactimate/Symbility and in house estimating programs Revise and incorporate sub contractor bids into estimates Proactively communicate with property owner, adjuster and project manager Responsible for the coordination and administration of estimates thru approval by customer. Perform additional assigned duties as directed Perform On call

Manager Duties Requirements:

Basic Understanding of Xactimate preferred but not necessary Ability to use Microsoft and other programs Ability to perform on call Manager Duties Valid Drivers License Ability to go to a job site and scope job. Ability to work in Fire/Smoke and Mold environments Ability to travel out of town for periods of time. Ability to wear Personal Protective equipment.
