Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee Utility, Water and Gas projects in the Oil and Gas Industry from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate project activities, manage teams of 20-30 employees, and ensure that all construction efforts align with safety standards, budgets, schedules, and customer expectations. This role also requires accurate and timely completion of internal paperwork. Your expertise will drive project success and uphold the highest standards of the company. Duties Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution. Develop and manage detailed schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases while coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Oversee cost management activities including budgeting, cost estimating, and financial tracking. Review construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure compliance with regulations and project requirements. Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes to maintain project scope and budget integrity. Supervise construction site activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations. Facilitate effective communication with customers and internally within the company. Lead teams in managing project risks, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the construction process. Ability to accurately complete daily company billing alongside tracking employee payroll hours in a timely manner. Experience Proven experience managing large-scale Oil & Gas construction projects both in the field and internal paperwork. Extensive knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements. Demonstrate proficient computer skills. Skilled in construction scheduling. Strong background in managing budgets, contracts, completing project estimates and project documentation while maintaining meticulous records. Hands-on experience with Utility, Water and Gas site operations including blueprint reading, site supervision, and team management. Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
