Job Description:

Overview The Aviagen Internship Program is a 10-12 week paid summer internship designed to introduce interns to the Aviagen roles available post-graduation. This program allows students to gain foundational knowledge of our business in a challenging and collaborative environment. What to Expect 10 weeks of challenging, hands-on, real-life work experience A chance to connect with and learn from our company's executive leadership team throughout the course of your internship Exposure to multiple areas of the business to give you a well-rounded understanding of the overall process Mentorship and coaching by cultural ambassadors and industry experts The chance to prove yourself in a highly rewarding industry Leadership and professional development training Learn and experience our company's mission, vision, and values Projects driven by business objectives with real measurements for success Exposure to a variety of live operations roles to discover where your interests lie Qualifications Enrolled in a University/College Sophomore year or above preferred Alignment with Aviagen's mission, vision, and values Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency How you will make an impact Deliver project results that impact our bottom-line. Projects will be determined alongside our management teams and the mentor assigned to the intern.
