This role has direct safety, quality, and financial impact to Siemens Energy. How You'll Make an Impact Recruiting Onboarding Coordinating assignments with employees and customers Ensuring job requirements/training for the assignments are met Coordinate that employees have the proper IT assets/tools to do their jobs Coordinate that employees have proper Siemens uniforms Proper assignments/data entry in Salesforce Communicating all Safety and HR issues immediately to management Following up with performance evaluations and ensuring proper action is taken and communicated for evaluations scores of 1 and 2, to improve employee's performance Coordinate that employees, and SESI, are paid for their services Collaborate and coordinate with colleagues to contribute to TEAM success at SESI; including other tasks (not listed) that are requested by TEAM members and are within your skills set. Author and implement policies and procedures; update vendors and personnel as needed. Workforce planning & forecasting. Provide Resource support of SEI to identify both short-term and long-term resource requirements. What You Bring Handle requests and provides customer service, guidance, and complex support for qualified manpower needs. Coordinates activities with other internal departments to meet customer needs. Provides prioritization of scheduling requests to vendors. Identifies, recommends, and helps sell services to customers. Independently performs full range of standard work for the professional field. Identifies and resolves problems and applies problem solving skills in a TEAM setting. As the workload goes up and down due the cyclical nature of the manpower demands, the expectation is that the Resource Coordinator will support and assist their fellow Resource Coordinators with any of the roles listed as the job tasks below, depending on customer needs and urgency. Work together with other team members, for example: payroll and billing, to accomplish common SESI goals. Desire to grow professionally and personally in the role, and also desire to support TEAM members in doing the same.

Required experience:

3-5+ years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and applied knowledge in a TEAM atmosphere, as presented above.
