Available Benefits Help for . Assistant Project Manager needed by EJ Smith Construction Company, LLC in Desoto, TX [and various unanticipated locations throughout the US; may telecommute] to work with senior project manager to review drawings and documents for projects and work on schedules and cost management. Work with project managers, subcontractors, architects, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, permits, and contracts. Assist with site visits, oversee field operations, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Assist with cost control and financial reporting. Utilize experience with Project Management, Cost Management and Risk Management. Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Cloud, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, Sage, Textura, and CMiC.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Interior Architecture, Industrial Design, or Interior Design and 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in a related occupation utilizing experience with Project Management, Cost Management and Risk Management; utilizing AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Cloud, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, Sage, Textura, and CMiC; utilizing architectural drawings; implementing interior finishes and furnishings; participating in project coordination and risk mitigation; and developing and maintaining relationships with vendors, subcontractors, internal and external stakeholders.
