Job Description

This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoW Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the
Position:
This position is with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Galveston Regulatory Division Special Projects Branch, Galveston, TX and will be recruited as a Supervisory GS-14 Project Manager.

GS-14 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
One year of specialized experience which includes at least three of the following duties: Leading complex regulatory programs; OR implementing federal regulatory programs to ensure compliance with laws and regulations; managing critical permit processes; developing and implementing training programs for personnel; setting production goals to foster team building. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13).
