CEBSA Inc. Position Summary CEBSA Inc. is seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager Assistant to support the successful execution of commercial and industrial electrical construction projects. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop a career in project management within the electrical construction industry. The Project Manager Assistant will work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, and the Purchasing Department to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams). Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications. Valid driver's license. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred. Willingness to travel to project sites as required. Primary Responsibilities Assist Project Managers in planning, coordinating, and executing multiple construction projects. Review electrical drawings, specifications, and project documents. Prepare and maintain project schedules, logs, and progress reports. Track project budgets, labor hours, material costs, and productivity. Coordinate material procurement with the Purchasing Department and vendors. Follow up on material deliveries to ensure project schedules are maintained. Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and project correspondence. Assist in preparing change orders, proposals, and cost estimates. Coordinate inspections, permits, and project closeout documentation. Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes when required. Communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Monitor project documentation to ensure it is complete and up to date. Support project billing by gathering backup documentation and tracking completed work. Assist with quality control documentation, commissioning reports, and punch list completion. Visit job sites to monitor project progress and verify field conditions. Help identify project risks and communicate potential issues to the Project Manager. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and customer requirements. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Operations Manager.
