Job Description As the MEP Project Manager , reporting to the Operations Leadership team, you will oversee full‑cycle delivery of complex building systems projects while driving budget, schedule, safety, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
Managing large‑scale MEP project scopes exceeding $20M Leading project planning, scheduling, forecasting, and financial controls Coordinating multidisciplinary design, engineering, and field execution teams Overseeing subcontractor performance and ensuring quality and compliance Building and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle Providing mentorship and leadership to project engineers and support staff Supporting integrated project delivery and front‑end design coordination MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant For the MEP Project Manager role we are seeking: A technical degree in engineering, construction management, or similar Experience delivering major MEP projects ($20M+ scope) Strong financial acumen including budgets, forecasting, reporting, and cost controls Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams and manage clients Background in MEP‑focused general contracting or specialty subcontracting Experience in design‑heavy project environments or integrated project delivery
