Rebuild Coordinator Gurr Brothers Construction
LLC - 1.6
The Colony, TX Job Details Full-time $20 - $22 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented Rebuild Coordinator to serve as the connective tissue between our Mitigation (MIT) team and the rebuild/reconstruction process. You'll be the first to review incoming rebuild opportunities, get them properly set up for production, and act as a friendly, reliable point of contact for customers as their project moves forward. This is a great fit for someone who's organized, communicates clearly, and thrives on keeping projects moving without things falling through the cracks. Key Responsibilities Qualify rebuild jobs from MIT — Review incoming mitigation job files to determine rebuild scope, confirm they meet criteria to move into reconstruction, and flag any missing information before handoff. Create jobs in JobNimbus — Accurately set up new rebuild jobs in JobNimbus, ensuring all customer, property, and scope details are entered correctly for a clean handoff to the production team. Serve as secondary point of contact (POC) for customers — Support the primary project contact by answering customer questions, providing status updates, and helping resolve concerns promptly and professionally. Coordinate with the mitigation team to gather documentation, estimates, and photos needed to build out rebuild scopes. Maintain accurate, up-to-date records across job management systems throughout the rebuild lifecycle. Communicate with adjusters, vendors, and internal teams as needed to keep jobs on track. Identify and escalate scheduling conflicts, scope gaps, or customer concerns to the appropriate team member. Support the rebuild team with general administrative and coordination tasks as jobs progress from qualification to completion. What We're Looking For Prior experience in construction, restoration, insurance claims, or a related coordination/admin role preferred. Experience with JobNimbus or similar CRM/job management software is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple jobs simultaneously. Clear, professional communication skills — comfortable speaking with customers, adjusters, and internal teams. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with good follow-through. Ability to work collaboratively across departments (mitigation, production, sales).
Preferred Qualities:
Energetic and positive attitude Strong customer service skills Motivated, self-starter who takes initiative Excellent note-taker with strong attention to detail
