Real Estate Wealth Advisory Manager

We are seeking a contractor to support real estate expansions and Wealth Advisory business initiatives. This role will lead crossfunctional projects, coordinate stakeholders, and conduct analysis as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Lead real estate expansions, restacks, seatsharing initiatives, and relocations.

Coordinate initiatives with Corporate Real Estate and business partners.

Manage initiatives from design through implementation, creatively solving problems and completing supporting analysis.

Support broader Wealth Advisory strategic priorities as needed.

Qualifications

Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup formulas, and data analysis.

Strong project management, problemsolving, and stakeholdermanagement skills.

Ability to independently lead initiatives and work through ambiguity.
