Project Coordinator Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in administrative duties Create purchase orders and track material shipments to ensure timely arrival for installation date. Monthly customer billing Project permitting Assist Project Manager with close out documents Assist Project Management team with vendor follow-up, data entry, profitability reports, etc.

Requirements:

Prior experience in Project Coordination, Customer Service, or Administrative Support Proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; SharePoint experience is a plus Proficient with Smartsheets and Procore is a plus Excellent customer service and communication skills Performance-driven, reliable, self-starter Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and acceptable driving record Lumenal employees undergo background checks, adhere to a zero-tolerance drug policy.
