Key Responsibilities Manage one or more medium-sized technology projects from initiation to completion. Plan, organize, and guide project teams to execute tasks efficiently and cost-effectively, ensuring successful outcomes. Distribute project information and documentation using established communication channels. Develop and manage a comprehensive communication plan, including regular project status reports, tailored for various audiences. Proactively collaborate with and motivate team members and vendors to ensure projects stay on track towards their objectives. Actively observe project workflows, identify bottlenecks or areas of inefficiency, and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Manage the project scope, schedule, plan, budget, and artifacts with meticulous attention to detail. Monitor project progress by tracking task completion, managing the budget, updating project documentation, and maintaining project status reports. Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, providing leadership updates and developing solutions. Take ownership of implementing chosen solutions for identified problems, coordinating with the team and monitoring progress. Identify key stakeholders and understand their roles and interests in the project, anticipating and addressing resistance proactively. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders based on trust and respect. Proactively seek feedback and be open to constructive criticism, using it as a tool to identify areas for development and refinement of skills. Work closely with technology knowledge workers and leaders, as well as stakeholder leadership and their teams. Must-Have Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in tailoring communication for various audiences and messages. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven leadership abilities. Experience with change management principles. High emotional intelligence. Exceptional problem-solving skills. Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Solid business and financial acumen. Proficiency in budget management. Experience with vendor management. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or actively working towards completion.
