Job Description
The Project Manager position at ImageSource is ideal for those who have a strong work ethic and drive to succeed. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each responsibility outlined below. The details listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Responsibilities Project Resource Management (including staff oversight) Participation in resource planning and allocation as required by senior management Project documentation related to opportunities and projects Resource & project meeting scheduling Systems documentation Sales communications Change management Deliverables invoicing Lead all meetings with the customer as necessary Client presentations and communication Sales support Project status reporting Support de-briefings upon closeout of projects Gather customer partner solution requirements Communicate and articulate solution recommendations to customer partner Self-motivated and proactively manage time and tasks Actively identify, manage and mitigate risk Must maintain appropriate training and working knowledge of supported hardware, software and complimentary technology products Qualifications Demonstrated attention to detail Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment Self-Starter and able to work with minimal supervision Ability to report to the company's Tumwater office and work remotely as part of a virtual team Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Open to mentoring and coaching from peers and Executive Leadership Willingness to travel Education/Trainings/Certifications Bachelor's degree in management, business, or related field Demonstrated knowledge of core Project Management principles and best practices Must actively pursue the Project Management Institute's PMP certification Working knowledge of Agile concepts and the Scrum framework Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and Project Other Duties This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of responsibilities, tasks or duties required by the employee.
