Job Responsibilities:
Handler of Owner/DOT relations Maintain relationship with subcontractors Thorough understanding of the project Communicate with Superintendents Understanding of plan specs and communicate into understandable information Coordination of Sub Contractors Establish, maintain, monitor, communicate schedule Conduct weekly meetings
DOT and HCC related Planning of future work of the job

equipment & staff Understand sub contractors scope of work Thorough understanding of job costs Manage efficient operations Understand Hoffman Construction Company HCC scope of work
bid items, IRA, etc.
Budgeting and forecasting Track payments from subs, etc. Mentor of Field Engineer Reporting to executive staff on progress of project Own all aspects of the project Personnel management Understand contracts Maintain compliance, DBE, environmental Champion of safety, efficiency and quality Thorough understanding of estimating software and Vpoint Understanding of estimating process
Education and Experience:
A minimum of five years experience in the Heavy Highway earthwork industry, including directly managing large work groups of both labor and grade employees
Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred

$110,000.00
$140,000.
