Job Description

Wisconsin Built, Inc. is hiring a Project Coordinator in Deerfield, WI. This is a full-time position. Specific Activities

Takes ownership of all aspects of project assignments
Prioritize daily activities with ability to multi-task
Works closely with other departments to meet customer needs; PM, Purchasing, Tech Services, Production and Shipping.
Learn and Communicate critical dates and timelines
Be proactive not reactive
Complete initial Project Set Up in ERP System; project location, project contacts, sales order, create part numbers as necessary, accurate costing in part creation and sales order entry, etc.
Help with any material take-offs as needed, working with the PM team.
Working with PM/AM to manage project including truck requests, pick slips, Sales order maintenance, invoice documents and any other duties to support the PM / AM.
Complete and maintain all required paperwork
Complete special projects as assigned
