Currently looking for a full time property manager in the Sardis City, AL area. This position is responsible for managing multiple affordable housing properties. Travel is required between properties in different cities. We are looking for someone to come on board and quickly learn the job, process applications both effectively and expeditiously, and be flexible to the demands of a fast paced job. This position is available to start immediately. We are looking for an organized individual with experience in customer service and general office skills. Housing experience a plus!

Duties include:

Rent Collection Occupancy/Leasing Marketing Recertifications Accurate One Site data Beautification Handling emergencies Cleaning Tenant services Tenant retention This position will be full time. Previous work experience with property management not required. Ability to be respectful and diplomatic with all socioeconomic groups. Must be able to handle all information confidentially and professionally. Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
