Community Manager (Live-On Site) Earl Goodwin Student Housing Selma, Alabama Help Build Something Special We are seeking a trustworthy, organized, and personable individual to live on-site and help oversee our 20-unit student housing community. This is an opportunity to make a real difference by helping create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents. What You'll Do
- Conduct daily property walks and report concerns
- Help keep common areas clean and organized
- Welcome new residents and assist with move-ins and move-outs
- Coordinate maintenance requests with ownership
- Promote a respectful, community-focused environment
- Serve as the primary onsite point of contact We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- Honest and dependable
- Self-motivated and organized
- Comfortable communicating with residents
- Professional when enforcing community standards
