Job Description

Part-Time Assistant Property Manager We are hiring a reliable and organized Assistant Property Manager to help manage a portfolio of single-family rental homes.

Responsibilities include:

Coordinating tenant maintenance requests and scheduling contractors Taking property photos and completing condition reports Meeting HUD officials and housing inspectors at properties Showing available homes to prospective tenants Posting rental listings on Facebook Marketplace Meeting with tenants who are behind on rent and helping arrange payment plans Providing updates regarding property conditions, repairs, inspections, and tenant issues This is a part-time, hourly position and is not a full-time role. The schedule may vary depending on property showings, inspections, maintenance needs, and tenant appointments. Applicants should have reliable transportation, a smartphone, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Compensation is paid hourly through Cash App, PayPal, or Zelle.
