We'recurrentlyseekingadedicated and organized Property Manager to oversee a 2 of our Apartment complexes 1 family 24 units and the other complex is a senior community 20 units . If you enjoy building strong resident relationships,maintaininghigh community standards, and working in a collaborative team environment,we'dlove to hear from you. Experience inaffordable housing programs such as RD, HUD, or LIHTCis strongly preferred. WhatYou'llDo As the Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the community while ensuring residents receive excellentserviceand the property ismaintainedto AWI'shigh standards.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing all aspects of the assigned property's daily operationsProcessing applications, screening applicants, and verifying landlord referencesPreparing leases, house rules, and required documentationManaging tenant certifications and re-certificationsConducting move-ins and move-outsCollecting rent and security depositsEnforcing lease agreements and community policiesCoordinating maintenance and ensuring property standards are metMaintaining strong curb appeal and property presentationMarketing and advertising vacant units to attract qualified residentsResponding appropriately to emergency situationsFollowing company policies and procedures WhatWe'reLooking For We'reseeking someone who is organized, dependable, and committed to creating a positive living environment for residents.
