The manager will,be working on rent collections, detailed information entry in Yardi, negotiating contracts; bidding contracts and pricing supplies. Working with tenant issues on a daily basis to solve problems and get rent collected is the primary function. As well as LEASING your vacant space. You will oversee a team of workers, both in the office with you, and outside at the properties, and shoild have a vast knowledge of daily maintenance issues like HVAC and plumbing issues. Understanding leases and their components—whether is is a NNN lease or a MG or FSG lease—calculating operating expense increases and CAM charges are basic to this job. A leadership personality with
