Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for residential and commercial properties in Dinuba, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who can balance tenant relations, property performance, and regulatory compliance while maintaining high service standards. The role requires strong operational judgment, hands-on coordination, and the ability to support both occupancy goals and property upkeep.
Responsibilities:
- Direct daily management activities for residential and commercial properties, ensuring buildings are well maintained and operating efficiently.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns, coordinating resolutions, and supporting positive occupant relationships.
- Oversee leasing-related activities such as unit availability, move-ins, renewals, and occupancy tracking to help maintain stable rental performance.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to keep properties safe, functional, and presentable.
- Monitor property budgets, review expenses, and support rent collection and financial reporting for assigned assets.
- Ensure compliance with applicable housing standards, lease terms, company policies, and HUD-related requirements where applicable.
- Conduct routine property inspections and follow up on corrective actions to protect asset condition and service quality.
- Maintain accurate property records, tenant documentation, and operational reports to support effective management and decision-making. Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties.
- Working knowledge of property operations, tenant relations, leasing support, and facility coordination.
- Familiarity with HUD guidelines and compliance expectations is strongly preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, respond to issues promptly, and maintain organized documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a detail-oriented, service-oriented approach.
- Experience working with property management companies, vendors, and contractors in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in tracking budgets, expenses, and routine administrative property functions.
