Now hiring an experienced Property Manager for a LIHTC (Tax Credit) apartment community in Huron, CA! Put your Section 42 compliance and leadership skills to work. What you'll do : Oversee daily operations and lead the on-site team Manage leasing, waitlists, income certifications, and annual recertifications Keep tenant files accurate and audit-ready for Tax Credit compliance Handle rent collection, resident relations, and vendor coordination What we're looking for : 1-2 years managing LIHTC / Tax Credit properties Knowledge of Section 42 income certification and recertification Proficiency in property management software (Yardi, RealPage, OneSite) TCS, C3P, or HCCP certification a plus

Schedule :

Monday•Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay :
