Job Summary We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a portfolio of office buildings. This candidate must have strong financial and analytical skills. The candidate will interface directly with the company's executives, tenants and outside vendors. Compensation will be competitive and based on experience. Training will be provided for the qualified candidate. Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring an excellent tenant experience Assist with property budget, vendors' scope of work and bidding and approval of operating expenses Promote efficiencies and cost reduction initiatives to improve the financial performance of the property while ensuring excellent service to the tenants Keep day-to-day monitoring of service vendor performances to assure full compliance with scope of work established in the service agreements Assist with capital and tenant improvement projects Work with outside vendors, including architects, engineers, and contractors Assist in coordinating maintenance programs relating to the condition and appearance of the property Responsible for prompt and positive response to requests from property tenants, assess tenant needs and assure problems are being solved promptly Qualifications 1-5 years of commercial property management experience required Distinctive financial and analytical skills Comfortable creating, modifying, and reviewing financial spreadsheets using Excel Ability to communicate and present ideas in a professional and highly demanding environment Excellent writing skills Detail oriented and organized Self motivated, can multi•task, personable and team player with experience in a fast paced environment Commitment to values and strong business ethics are required Bachelor's Degree in business preferred
