In this leadership position, you will oversee all aspects of program operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and foster a nurturing environment that promotes healing, growth, and stability. Your expertise will drive the delivery of high-quality services, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance resident outcomes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable youth while demonstrating strong management and clinical leadership skills. Responsibilities Lead the overall operation of the STRTP facility, ensuring adherence to all applicable licensing standards, health regulations, and safety protocols. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs, including mental health support, behavioral interventions, and medical care coordination. Supervise and manage multidisciplinary teams comprising clinical staff, residential counselors, nursing personnel, and administrative staff to ensure high-performance standards. Ensure compliance with residents' rights laws and promote a respectful, trauma-informed environment that supports dignity and autonomy. Oversee budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency while delivering quality care. Maintain thorough documentation of resident progress, incident reports, treatment plans, and regulatory records using Microsoft Office tools or equivalent systems. Collaborate with community partners, healthcare providers, disability services agencies, and families to coordinate comprehensive support services for residents. Skills Extensive experience in long-term care settings such as nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or residential care homes with a focus on mental health or developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care strategies, and managing residents with complex behavioral health needs. Proven management skills including supervising teams, managing budgets, and overseeing operations within regulated environments. Deep understanding of health regulation policies related to long-term care facilities and compliance requirements for residential treatment programs. Excellent leadership abilities with experience in nursing leadership or executive roles within senior living or healthcare facilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes; familiarity with healthcare financial management is preferred. Knowledge of residents' rights legislation along with experience implementing trauma-informed care practices in home & community care settings. Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities while maintaining adherence to safety standards and quality assurance protocols.
