Job Description

We are looking for a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for residential and commercial properties in Parlier, California. This Contract position requires someone who can balance tenant support, property performance, and regulatory compliance while maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate will bring practical property management experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple site activities effectively.
Responsibilities:
  • Direct daily management activities for assigned residential and commercial properties, ensuring buildings are well-maintained and operations run smoothly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing questions, resolving concerns, and supporting positive occupant relationships.
  • Coordinate leasing-related activities such as unit availability, tenant onboarding, renewals, and move-in or move-out processes.
  • Monitor property conditions through regular inspections and arrange maintenance or vendor services to address repair needs promptly.
  • Track operating expenses, rent collection, and basic property financial records to support budget awareness and performance goals.
  • Help ensure compliance with applicable housing standards, lease requirements, and HUD-related guidelines where required.
  • Work closely with contractors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to complete property-related projects and ongoing service needs.
  • Prepare routine reports on occupancy, maintenance status, tenant matters, and overall property operations for management review.
