Personnel, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Management Team to oversee the daily operations of Rancho Verde Mobile Home Park in Rohnert Park, California. This opportunity is ideal for couples, partners, or two individuals who enjoy working together and are committed to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe, attractive, and well-managed community. The Management Team consists of two Community Managers who work together to oversee all aspects of the community. One Community Manager will have a primary focus on office administration, resident relations, and property management, while the other will have a primary focus on maintenance, grounds, and property upkeep. Both team members are expected to work collaboratively and support the overall operation of the community. On-site housing is provided by the employer as an employment benefit. One 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is provided for the Management Team, with rent and utilities included. Both positions are hourly, non-exempt. Position Summary The Management Team is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the community, including resident relations, applications and residency documentation, rent collection, property maintenance, vendor coordination, community appearance, and compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Together, the team is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming community while providing exceptional customer service to residents. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Resident Relations & Community Engagement Foster a welcoming and professional environment for residents. Respond promptly to resident inquiries, maintenance requests, and concerns. Build positive relationships with residents while maintaining professional boundaries. Coordinate resident communications and community activities, as appropriate. Enforce community rules, policies, and lease agreements consistently and fairly. Property Management & Operations Oversee the daily operations of the manufactured home community. Maintain the appearance of common areas, landscaping, and community facilities. Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance, safety, or compliance concerns. Coordinate vendors, contractors, and maintenance projects to ensure timely and cost-effective service. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local laws. Administrative Responsibilities Process residency documents, including applications, leases, notices, violations, rent increase notices, and other required documentation. Collect rent, utility payments, and other applicable fees. Maintain accurate resident files and community records. Prepare reports regarding occupancy, income, expenses, and community operations. Support move-ins, move-outs, home sales, and ownership transfers. Maintenance Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and minor repairs throughout the community. Prepare homes and sites for occupancy. Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner. Coordinate larger repairs with outside vendors when necessary. Maintain community grounds, equipment, and common areas. Financial Responsibilities Assist with budgeting, expense control, occupancy goals, and renewals. Monitor delinquent accounts and issue notices as required. Qualifications Both applicants must apply together as a Management Team. The Management Team must collectively possess at least two (2) years of property management experience. Experience in manufactured housing, apartment communities, RV parks, or similar residential communities is preferred. Previous experience in property management, office administration, customer service, maintenance, or a related field is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required for both team members. Proficiency with Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and standard office equipment. Experience using property management software such as Rent Manager, Yardi, ManageAmerica, or similar is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as a team. Ability to conduct property inspections, including walking throughout indoor and outdoor areas of the property. Valid driver's license required for both team members, with an acceptable driving record. Ability to operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle for company business, as required. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, and move throughout the community as required to perform job duties. Ability to walk throughout the community and conduct property inspections, including navigating uneven surfaces and stairs where applicable. Ability to use a computer, telephone, and other standard office equipment for extended periods. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions as required by the position. For the maintenance-focused Community Manager, ability to perform general maintenance and minor repairs, which may require lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and working overhead. Ability to lift and carry tools, equipment, materials, and supplies as required to perform the essential functions of the position. Pre-Employment Requirements Employment is contingent upon successful completion of criminal background checks, driving record reviews, and any other applicable pre-employment requirements for both applicants. A current, valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required for each Community Manager before operating a company-owned vehicle or driving a personal vehicle on company business.
Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour for each Community Manager. Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, skills, and business needs. Employer-provided on-site housing, including rent and utilities. Paid holidays, vacation and sick leave in accordance with company policy Medical, dental, and vision benefits for eligible employees Employment Type Two Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt Positions (40 hours per week, per person) Schedule Monday through Thursday- 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including a one-hour unpaid meal period. Friday- 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., including a 30-minute unpaid meal period. Additional hours, weekend work, and emergency response may be required as needed. Additional Requirements
